This is the gift I made for the volunteers who assisted Advancement with the fourth annual Gator Nation Giving Day.
Every year in February, UF Advancement and Annual Giving host a campus-wide event known as Stand Up and Holler: Gator Nation Giving Day, where Gator students and alumni are asked to donate a gift to a college or unit that they support. The tradition follows the chant from one of the biggest Gator fans, fondly known as Mr. Two Bits, who used to cheer, "Two Bits! Four Bits! Six Bits! A Dollar! All for the Gators, stand up and holler!" Everyone who donates a dollar or more on Giving Day receives a gift from our department - stickers, lapel pins, pennants, pocket folders, and more.
In 2022, I was responsible for designing a small glass fracture and thank you card for the volunteers who helped our department. The thank you card was also sent to some of the donors.
