This is the pocket folder I designed for UF's Donor Relations department for the Annual Endowment Report.
Each year, UF Advancement mails out an Annual Endowment Report with information about each college and unit on campus. It includes details about the number of grants made possible by UF's fundraising efforts, the number of faculty, and the number of scholarships awarded, among many other things. Because more and more people have been switching to online methods for receiving this information, I was asked to design a packet that could feel timeless and be reused, rather than one that is focused on a specific fundraising campaign, like the previous designs.
These were the first few images I produced as suggested covers for the folder and booklet. I presented them to the Donor Relations department, and they asked to see a couple of options in a mock-up form.
This was the folder mock-up that the department did not choose. I'm still hoping this folder is printed at some point, as I really like the outside cover (left). I was also asked to design a sticky note for the inside of the folder, encouraging more people to receive their report online.
