This is the foldout sign I designed for UF's Annual Giving department for their Grad Pack campaign.
One of the earlier projects I was given at UF Advancement was to create a photography kit for graduating students. Students or parents who donated during the campaign would receive a fold-out sign to hold up for their graduation photos, as well as a handful of other small, fun photography items like a flick stick full of biodegradable confetti.
This was the first, unfinished draft of the fold-out sign. I knew I wanted to do a fun text treatment, but hadn't figured it out yet.
This was the next draft. I really liked making this fun typography, but once we'd finalized the design for the flick stick, I decided to redirect a bit and make the confetti part of the visual theme to tie together the project.
