These are the emails I designed for the UFGI for its Genetics and Genomics PhD program events.
While I was the graphic designer for the UF Genetics Institute, I made several graphics for their Genetics and Genomics PhD program, such as social posts, emails, posters, etc. We recognized the students for their achievements, announced events for them to attend, and hosted their PhD Defense seminars. The UF Genetics Institute often sent out MailChimp email announcements for its Genetics and Genomics program events. I created multiple design templates for these events, which are still being used by the Institute a year and a half later.
One of the most important events was the PhD Final Defense. At the end of each semester, students in the graduate program are required to defend their thesis in order to graduate. I also made an email announcement for the Kenneth and Laura Berns Award for Excellence in Genetics, which was recognized during the annual symposium. I made an ad-style announcement for potential students applying to join the program, as well as an email for the celebration for graduating students.
