These are the emails I designed for UF's Donor Relations department for the Annual Endowment Report.
Each year, UF Advancement mails out an Annual Endowment Report with information about each college and unit on campus. It includes details about the number of grants made possible by UF's fundraising efforts, the number of faculty, and the number of scholarships awarded, among many other things. Because more and more people have been switching to online methods for receiving this information, I was asked to design a packet that could feel timeless and be reused, rather than one that is focused on a specific fundraising campaign, like the previous designs.
This is the art I created for the Annual Endowment Report folder, which I also used as an email header for the emails that went out to remind people to switch to a digital version of the report.
